My Approach

As a neurodivergent-affirming clinician of multicultural heritage, I draw on experience in education, community mental health, and disability advocacy to provide trauma-informed care that honors your unique experiences. I use Gestalt therapy, DBT skills, and the Social Neurodivergent/Disability Model to offer support that is grounded, relational, and respectful.

Suppose you’re feeling overwhelmed, burned out from masking, or navigating a late diagnosis or intersectional identity. In that case, this is a space to pause, reflect, and explore strategies that honor who you are and help you move forward with clarity and self-compassion.
