My Approach

As a neurodivergent clinician of multicultural heritage I draw from my experience in education, community mental health, and disability advocacy to provide trauma-informed care which honors the unique experiences of each client.

I integrate a number of approaches such as Gestalt, DBT, and the Social Neurodivergent/Disability Model to offer support that is grounded, relational, and deeply respectful of your lived experiences.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, burned out from masking, or struggling to make sense of a late diagnosis or complex identity. I offer a space where you don't have to explain yourself to be understood.
